Jeff joined the firm as a partner in April 2012.  His practice consists of the representation of clients in a wide variety of civil, domestic relations and criminal litigation.  In the civil context, Jeff represents both plaintiffs and defendants in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, and his civil practice has included representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death actions, civil rights actions, personal injury actions, contract actions, litigation before administrative bodies, and partition actions.  In the domestic relations context, Jeff guides clients through the complexity of divorce, custody of children, child visitation, alimony, property division, child support, and contempt actions.  Jeff’s criminal practice includes the representation of clients charged with all types of crime, from minor misdemeanors to felonies, including murder.  Jeff has recently won acquittals for two clients charged with murder.  Jeff began his litigation practice in 1991 with the Greenfield  firm of Ruggeri & Ruggeri and continued with the Greenfield firms of Trudel, Bartlett, Barry, Wilson, MacNicol & Kuzmeski-Jackson, PC and MacNicol, Tombs & Brown, LLP.  Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was a solo practitioner in Agawam and West Springfield. Jeff graduated with a B.A. from Westfield State College and a J.D. from Western New England College School of Law.
